Many Wolves fans have been left begging for Adama Traore to sign a new deal after news emerged with regards to his contract.

As per a report from earlier on in the week by Birmingham Mail, which has since been shared by Talking Wolves on their Twitter page, the Midlands club are planning to revisit his contract situation, as it only has two years left.

However, they will also contemplate selling the Spain international in the January transfer window if a new deal cannot be agreed.

Traore has already shown his qualities on numerous occasions for the Wanderers, and gave Manchester United a torrid time in their 1-0 home loss in the Premier League last time out.

The winger won no fewer than 12 of his duels in the game, more than any player on the pitch, and also ranked highest in terms of successful dribbles (eight) and key passes (four) (Sofascore).

Nonetheless, it is imperative that Bruno Lage’s team tie him down.

كشفت تقارير صحفية إسبانية عن الوجهة المُحتملة للدولي الإسباني فرانشيسكو إيسكو، صانع ألعاب فريق ريال مدريد السابق، حيث يستعد لاعب مالاجا السابق للانتقال إلى نادٍ جديد بعد 9 سنوات في الملكي.

وانتهى عقد إيسكو مع ريال مدريد في 30 يونيو الماضي، وصاحب الـ30 عامًا، بات لاعبًا حُرًا، ويحق له التوقيع لأي نادٍ بالمجان.

وحسب صحيفة “استديو ديبورتيفو” الإسبانية، فإن عائلة إيسكو والمُقربين منه يحثونه على التوقيع لنادي ريال بيتيس.

وقالت الصحيفة إن الانتقال إلى ريال بيتيس فكرة تجذب اللاعب أيضًا، مُنذ اللحظة التي بدأت فيها الاتصالات، خاصًة وأن مدرب الفريق هو مانويل بيليجريني، والذي تدرب إيسكو تحت قيادته في مالاجا.

وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن إيسكو ليس مُتعجلاً في الانتقال إلى نادٍ جديد، حيث يريد الإسباني تقييم كل العروض المُقدمة له.

وأوضحت الصحيفة في تقريرها إن إيسكو مُنفتح أيضًا على اللعب خارج إسبانيا، إلا أن عائلته والمقربين منه يريدون منه الانتقال إلى ريال بيتيس.

يُذكر أن إيسكو انضم إلى ريال مدريد قبل 9 سنوات في صيف عام 2013، قادمًا من مالاجا مقابل 30 مليون يورو.

Manchester City’s decision to sell Mario Balotelli certainly turned into a superb decision as his career has unfortunately plummeted since his Etihad exit.

City signed the Italian striker from Inter back in 2010 and he enjoyed a successful, albeit controversial, spell with the club,  contributing 30 goals and seven assists in 80 appearances, winning the FA Cup and Premier League once.

Who could forget his assist to Sergio Aguero to beat QPR 3-2 and win the Premier League title, as well as his famous ‘Why Always Me’ celebration in the 6-1 win against Manchester United at Old Trafford?

The former Italy international is also infamous for the fireworks he set off in his Manchester home, scoring a goal with his shoulder against Norwich City and Roberto Mancini subbing him off in a pre-season friendly against LA Galaxy after he attempted a showboat finish when played through on goal.

Whilst he was an undoubtedly talented player, Balotelli’s attitude was always an issue, which is perhaps emphasised by the fact that he has played for seven clubs since leaving Manchester City in 2013.

City were able to sell him for an initial £19m fee to AC Milan, which looks remarkably good business when you consider that he is now playing for Adana Demirspor in Turkey and is valued at just £1.35m by Transfermarkt.

It is also impressive when you consider that Balotelli had scored just one goal in 14 Premier League appearances in the first half of the 2012/13 campaign,

Although he enjoyed fairly impressive spells at AC Milan and OGC Nice, his career has been in steady decline since his Manchester City exit so the club certainly made the right decision in getting rid of him, and therefore, the ey deserve a lot of credit for selling him for the fee that they did.

India declared twice in the drawn third match in Delhi, posting 208 for 5 to follow their 613-7 in the first innings, and left Australia desperate to find ways to come back from a 0-1 deficit to retain the Border-Gavaskar trophy.”We’ve proven in this game that our batting’s certainly up to scratch in these conditions,” Ponting said. “The challenge ahead is to take 20 wickets in Nagpur. We’ve got to look long and hard at the guys on the sidelines – Doug Bollinger, Peter Siddle, and Jason Krejza – and see if we think they can add anything to our bowling group.”Siddle took four wickets in the second Test in Mohali, which Australia lost by 320 runs, while Bollinger is an uncapped left-arm fast bowler. Ponting said the offspinner Krejza would be looked at closely after missing out to legspinner Cameron White in Delhi. Shoaib Malik continued his solid form with both bat and ball, as he led the Punjab Stallions to their second win in a row over the NWFP Panthers. Far from the fireworks of yesterday’s spectacular last-ball thriller, this was a slow-burner: an NWFP side weakened by the absence of captain Umar Gul and Younis Khan pushed hard, their challenge fell away over the last ten overs as Punjab’s spinners, with Malik to the fore, applied a mid-innings choke.Malik had first played his part with the bat. Having been put in by NWFP, Punjab were off to the worst possible start, losing Azhar Ali early. Salman Butt and Nasir Jamshed may have been one of the few bright spots for Pakistan this year, but they were soon gone to, on a sluggish pitch. That left Punjab 36 for 3 and Malik with a headache.But in his typically unruffled way, Malik went about looking to put some respectability to the total. Good running helped as a number of singles and doubles were picked up and some support emerged in the shape of Umar Akmal, the tyro younger brother of Kamran.The pair steadied matters with an 86-run partnership but the dismissal of both in quick succession, and Kamran Akmal to boot, left Punjab pretty much where they had started – in some strife. Amjad came on late in the show, getting appreciable turn and bounce, and further stifling the rate. During this choke, NWFP crashed from 142 for 3 to 183 for 9, including three panic-struck run-outs. They went down fighting at least, with Mohammad Aslam unbeaten on 24. Talha came back for another quick, yorker-ridden spell at the end, to finish with two wickets and Pakistan’s selection committee would’ve taken note. Malik, it was however, who deservedly received the Man-of-the-Match award.

Leeds United are plotting a January transfer move for Huddersfield Town midfielder Lewis O’Brien.

What’s the story?

Marcelo Bielsa’s side failed in their attempts to sign the 22-year-old in the summer, with The Athletic’s Phil Hay reporting that the Whites simply did not want to pay the money that the Terriers were demanding.

Football Insider have now claimed that, despite failing to agree a deal before transfer deadline day, the Elland Road club will continue talks over these comings week over signing O’Brien in the January window instead.

The report adds that the midfielder is desperate to join Bielsa’s side.
