واستكمل: “الصفقات الجديدة كان هدفها إشعال المنافسة بين جميع اللاعبين بسبب تقارب مستواهم، وهو ما يفيد الفريق بشكل عام”.

وواصل: “كريم نيدفيد (المعار من الأهلي) من أهم مكاسب لقاء إيسرن كومباني، فاللاعب شارك في وسط الملعب والظهير وقدم مستوى مميزًا”.

وتغنى بمستوى مروان محسن: “لقد استعاد ثقته بنفسه وسجل هدفين في ٤ مباريات، بالتأكيد سيضيع الفرص لكنه سيسجل أيضًا لأنه كثير المحاولة”.

Indeed, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Naby Keita are nearing a return, as confirmed by the Reds boss, but Thiago’s reintroduction looks to be a while off yet.

-Lógico que precisamos contratar para brigar. Com o tanto de jogadores que saíram, tem que chegar outros jogadores. A gente sabe que nós temos grandes jogadores, a confiança aqui é grande também, mas quanto mais jogadores de qualidade é melhor pra gente – completou.

O goleiro Cássio, um dos assediados, também falou sobre o assunto. O atleta recebeu uma oferta do Besiktas (TUR), mas acabou ficando no clube.

-Tem que ter um pouco de paciência agora. A gente estava com um time bem certinho e acabou perdendo muitos jogadores, peças importantes. Agora tem que ter paciência pra entrosar, mas o time tem qualidade e acredito que vamos fazer um grande ano – afirmou Cássio.

Outro jogador de defesa que vai permanecer no Corinthians é Felipe. O zagueiro titular, que perdeu o parceiro de zaga, Gil, admite que ficou surpreso com a quantidade de jogadores que deixaram o Alvinegro.

– Pegou de surpresa. Não tinham tantas especulações assim e do nada saíram mais de seis jogadores de uma vez. Espero que não saia mais ninguém e chegue mais gente – afirmou Felipe, que garantiu não ter propostas.

Os corintianos ficaram satisfeitos com o trabalho nos Estados Unidos. A equipe fez três partidas, duas delas pela Flórida Cup. O Timão perdeu do Atlético-MG por 1 a 0, venceu o Shakhtar (UCR) por 3 a 2 e empatou sem gols com o Fort Lauderdale Strikers (EUA) no último sábado.

-Eu acho que os amistosos foram positivos, quanto mais jogar melhor para entrosar a equipe. Numa forma geral foi positiva essa pré-temporada – avaliou o goleiro Cássio no desembarque do Timão.

Manchester City will be looking to bounce back from disappointing displays against Manchester United and West Brom recently with three points against high-flying Southampton on Saturday afternoon.

The Citizens are currently in ninth position ahead of the weekend’s fixtures, whilst Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side sit third after a superb start to the 2020/21 Premier League campaign.

After their draw with relegation-threatened West Brom last time out, Guardiola is likely to ring the changes in his starting XI ahead of the trip to St Mary’s, to give his side the best chance possible of picking up maximum points.

Here’s how Football FanCast expects Guardiola to line his side up against Southampton on Saturday, with four changes from the team that started against West Brom…

There are two changes in defence, as Kyle Walker returns at right-back, with Joao Cancelo taking over from Benjamin Mendy at left-back, whilst John Stones returns to the defence, in the hope that he can continue his excellent partnership with Ruben Dias.

Guardiola has heaped the praise on Mendy in the past, saying:

“He has incredible physicality when he is fit when his mind is in the right position.

“He’s in an extraordinary player. Now, they have to fight between them – each other – and we will decide who plays at left-back.”

However, his defensive ability is definitely questionable, so the Spanish manager should favour Cancelo at left-back for what could be a tricky game against the Saints’ dangerous front line.

The midfield trio stays the same, with Kevin De Bruyne extremely unfortunate to not be on the winning side against West Brom as the Citizens wasted two late chances after superb crosses from the Belgian midfielder.

There are two changes in attack, as Ferran Torres replaces Riyad Mahrez on the right-wing, whilst Sergio Aguero could solve City’s goalscoring problem by adding some much-needed finishing instinct in the opposition box, as Gabriel Jesus’ lack of goals this season have proved to be a big issue for Guardiola.

وجه أحمد دياب رئيس لجنة رابطة الأندية المحترفة، تحذيراً إلى جميع الأندية في بطولة الدوري المصري الممتاز، بعد توقيع عقوبة على جماهير الأهلي.

وقررت رابطة الأندية، منع 349 مُشجعًا للنادي الأهلي من حضور مباراتين متتاليتين في الدوري المصري، بسبب الغناء والهتاف أثناء عزف السلام الوطني خلال مباراة المادر الأحمر أمام غزل المحلة في الجولة الخامسة بالدوري.

وقال دياب خلال تصريحات لبرنامج “على مسئوليتي” على قناة صدى البلد: “إدارة المسابقات قررت داخل الرابطة حرمان 349 من جماهير الأهلي لمدة مباراتين بسبب عدم احترام النشيد الوطني في مباراة غزل المحلة”.

وأضاف: “حذرنا الأندية من تكرار هذا الأمر لأنه لو تكرر قد تصل العقوبة لدى الجماهير بعدم الحضور مجددًا”.

وتابع: “أي مشجع لأي فريق في الدوري سيرتكب مثل هذا الخطأ مرة أخرى سيتم منعه من دخول الاستاد حتى نهاية الموسم”.

وأكمل: “لدينا لائحة عقوبات تسير عليها الأندية، هناك عقوبات تخص النادي وهناك أشياء تخص الأداب العامة وهذه تخص المشجعين”.

وأتم: “جميعاً سعداء بعودة الجماهير، وهناك مكتسبات على أرض الواقع، والعقوبة التي صدرت ضد الجماهير اليوم شيء تربينا عليه، هذه عقوبة انضباطية”.

O primeiro desafio neste Paulistão será o XV de Piracicaba, neste domingo, às 17h, na Arena Corinthians. Mesmo com as saídas de importantes jogadores, Fagner acredita que o Timão brigará pelo título. Para isso, ele admite que terá uma responsabilidade maior, por já estar há mais tempo no clube e ajudar no processo de reconstrução do time que foi hexacampeão brasileiro.

– O Corinthians sempre tem que entrar para brigar por títulos, e este ano não será diferente. No decorrer da temporada, muitas coisas podem acontecer. Perdemos alguns jogadores, mas estamos trabalhando para nos conhecermos melhor o quanto antes para poder brigar por títulos – analisou o lateral.

Assim como outros líderes do elenco, como Cássio e Danilo, Fagner elogiou os atuais companheiros, mas também admitiu a necessidade de o Corinthians reforçar o grupo o mais rápido possível.

– Temos um elenco qualificado, e a diretoria está tentando reforçar ainda mais. Alguns saíram, mas sabemos que teremos gente boa no elenco. Espero que cheguem todos o quanto antes para entender o que o Tite quer passar – disse Fagner.

Quem você acha que briga este ano pelo prêmio de melhor lateral-direito do Campeonato Paulista?
É difícil falar agora, até porque não acompanho todos os laterais que
vão disputar a competição.

Como vê sua responsabilidade após as saídas dos jogadores?
Aumenta um pouco por ter mais tempo de casa, mas não tira também a responsabilidade de quem está chegando e quem está no clube. Para ter um grupo forte todos têm de assumir a responsabilidade. Com os anos de clube é natural que a minha seja um pouco maior, mas me sinto preparado para assumir.

Pensa em Seleção Brasileira e/ou em voltar a atuar na Europa?
Seleção Brasileira todo jogador pensa, ainda mais com muitos jogadores que atuam no Brasil sendo convocados. É um meta sempre. Penso, sim, em Europa também. Já tive lá duas vezes e quero voltar. Ainda pode acontecer, sou novo, e espero poder ainda disputar uma Liga dos Campeões. Mas vai depender do meu trabalho aqui (Fagner tem contrato até o fim de 2018).

Manchester United will look to close the gap on Premier League leaders Liverpool when they travel to take on Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Boxing Day.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side set up a Carabao Cup semi-final with Manchester City after a late win at Everton, but it’s back to the top flight today as they chase their first league title since the 2012-13 season.

Solskjaer made several changes for the trip to the Toffees, meaning some of the first-team regular starters should be fresh for today.

Scott McTominay remains a doubt for the clash with Leicester and it’s unlikely he will be risked before the Red Devils travel to Wolves a few days later.

Here is FFC’s predicted starting XI, which sees Solskjaer make seven changes to the side that won away at Everton in the EFL Cup quarter-finals.

Dean Henderson started against Everton, but David de Gea should be back in goal today, while Victor Lindelof will most likely replace Eric Bailly alongside Harry Maguire at the heart of the defence.

Similarly, Luke Shaw will slot into place next to the club captain, which means Alex Telles drops to the bench, whilst the same goes for Aaron Wan-Bissaka coming in for Axel Tuanzebe.

Fred is set for a start in the midfield, with support from Paul Pogba alongside him. Nemanja Matic therefore will be forced to make room.

Donny van de Beek offered next to nothing against Everton, so bringing in the red-hot Marcus Rashford – who has scored five goals in the Premier League this season so far – and keeping Mason Greenwood on the right wing makes most sense, with Bruno Fernandes deployed just behind the striker in the advanced playmaker position.

On the other hand, Edinson Cavani terrorised the Toffees for the most part, but Anthony Martial is Solskjaer’s trusted man for the occasion and is likely to start instead.

أعلنت قناة نادي الزمالك عن وفاة رئيس القلعة البيضاء الأسبق جلال إبراهيم، ووالد أحمد جلال إبراهيم نائب رئيس النادي الحالي، وذلك بعد صراع مع المرض.

وحرص مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك برئاسة مرتضى منصور على تقديم التعازي لأسرة الراحل.

يذكر، أن جلال إبراهيم كان يعمل بسلك القضاء كمستشار وتولى منصب رئيس محكمة الجنايات.

وتولى جلال إبراهيم رئاسة الزمالك في الفترة من 1992 إلى 1996، كما تولى رئاسة القلعة البيضاء للمرة الثانية عام 2010 حتى 2011.

أكد حسن عمار، رئيس بعثة فريق الكرة الأول بالمصري البورسعيدي في نيجيريا، أن إدارة النادي المصري بصدد إعداد 3 شكاوى رسمية لتقديمها إلى الاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم “كاف”.

وأوضح عمار أن الشكوى الأولى تتمثل في المعاملة السيئة من جانب مسؤولي نادي ريفرز يونايتد تجاه بعثة المصري منذ وصولها إلى نيجيريا الخميس الماضي وحتى اليوم.

وأوضح عضو مجلس إدارة المصري في تصريحات رسمية أن البعثة تعرضت لسلوك عدواني من مسئولي النادي النيجيري تجاه أعضاء البعثة المتواجدين بالمقصورة الرئيسية لاستاد أنيمبا.

وأضاف أن الشكوى الثانية بسبب عدم تطبيق الاشتراطات الصحية للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد “كوفيد 19” ومتحوراته الجديدة تجاه الحضور الجماهيري في مباراة اليوم، وهو الأمر الذي قد يتسبب في إصابة أي من أعضاء البعثة.

وتابع عمار أن إدارة النادي المصري ستتقدم أيضًا بشكوى رسمية ثالثة تجاه حكم المباراة محمد علي موسى والذي ينتمي إلى دولة النيجر، وذلك نتيجة لقراراته العكسية على مدار شوطي اللقاء تجاه الفريق البورسعيدي، والتي تسببت في إضفاء مزيد من العصبية على اللقاء.

وكان المصري قد نال خسارته في ذهاب دور الـ32 ببطولة الكونفدرالية على يد ريفرز يونايتد النيجيري على ملعب أنيمبا بهدفين مقابل هدف.
